The room definitely needs better cleanliness. stained towels are not acceptable!!! Also, outdated bathroom fixtures have to be replaced to avoid that worn-out look. A thorough update would elevate the overall experience!!!

what an absoluteley disappointing experience! the bathroom floor was dangerously pooling with water, not to mention the reception was closed when I arrived. I was really hoping for a complimentary upgrade, but guess that’s too much to ask! I just couldn’t bring myself to give a good review after that.

The Kingsford Smith Motel was a delightful surprise! The warm welcome from Rose and her husband made me feel right at home. The room was newly renovated—clean, comfortable, and very modern, with double-glazed windows that blocked all the road noise from Kingsford Smith Drive. I appreciated the thoughtful touches like complimentary chocolates and water! The shuttle service was a breeze, dropping me right at the airport without a hitch.

What a lovely surprise to find this gem so close to the airport! Greeted by the friendly Helen, I was charmed by the spotlessly clean and comfortable room. The thoughtful touch of Lindt chocolates added a delightful flair to my short stay. I'll definitely return for the warm hospitality and easy airport access!

Aye, I was mad impressed with my stay. The room was super spacious and clean. They had some dope tea and coffee options. Helen was a gem, givin’ me all the info I needed late at night. Oh, and that welcome biscuit hit just right!

We had a fantastic stay in the Family Suite, perfectly styled and super clean. It was just a short walk to Eat Street, where our family enjoyed delicious bites together. The couple managing the motel were incredibly welcoming, making us feel right at home.

staying at kingsford smith motel was fantastic! the king deluxe room was stunning and spotless. the staff were super friendly and helpful, which really made a difference. it's just a short walk to great eateries in portside. loved the comfy bed and the thoughtful fittings, like the phone-charging clock.
